This policy describes how Vesbro Automation handles information collected through vesbroautomation.com and related website inquiries. Contact us at VesbroAutomation@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

When you request a redesign or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, website, email, optional phone number, industry, project details, and selected package. Our hosting and form-delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and device or browser information to deliver and protect their services. Please do not include payment details, health information, passwords, or other sensitive information.

AI assistant and practice area

Messages you enter in the AI assistant are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. AI answers may be inaccurate; confirm project scope and recommendations with Vesbro. Do not share passwords, financial details or other sensitive information. Chat content is not saved in Vesbro’s database. Our hosting and AI providers may retain operational information under their own policies. Vesbro stores generation status and token/cost estimates for up to 30 days, and temporary hashed network identifiers to enforce usage limits.

The password-protected owner practice area stores fictional sample inquiries and AI reviews in Upstash for up to 30 days. Only sample email addresses ending in @example.test are accepted. Resend sends practice test notifications only to Vesbro’s own inbox. A secure, HTTP-only session cookie keeps the owner signed in for up to eight hours.

Private business dashboard and analytics

The owner dashboard stores client and prospect records and website inquiries in private server storage for up to one year after their last update. Website activity counters include page views, checkout and booking clicks, browser-confirmed inquiry delivery and successful AI answers. They are not unique visitor counts or proof of purchases or appointments. Daily activity totals are retained up to 90 days; temporary hashed network identifiers help limit abuse.

When the owner connects Stripe, the server uses an encrypted restricted API key to read balances, payments, customers and subscriptions. Financial and client information is available only after owner sign-in. Automated prospect research uses OpenAI web search and public business websites to create sourced recommendations and draft emails. Outreach sending is disabled; drafts do not establish a client relationship or predict purchase likelihood.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, prepare a redesign concept, discuss or deliver services, manage our business relationship, and protect the website from abuse. Submitting a request does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list or authorize automated marketing texts or calls.

Service providers and sharing

Vercel provides website hosting. FormSubmit processes website inquiries for delivery to our Gmail inbox, which is provided by Google. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. We share information with providers as needed to deliver services, and may disclose it when required by law or to protect legitimate rights. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently add advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Our infrastructure providers may process technical information for essential operation and security. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and project information as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. You may contact us to request deletion of inquiry information, subject to legitimate retention requirements.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit optional information. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children and international visitors

Our website is intended for business decision-makers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by our providers.

External links and customer systems

Third-party sites have their own privacy practices. This policy covers Vesbro’s website, not a customer’s separately deployed website, AI receptionist, or automation. Those systems require their own appropriate notices and agreements.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
