Website information and service agreements

The website describes web design, lead capture, follow-up, AI receptionist, and business automation services. A submitted form is an inquiry, not a purchase or a binding agreement to deliver a project. A separate written service agreement defines scope, deliverables, schedule, ownership, payment, updates, third-party costs, and cancellation terms. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed service agreement governs the project.

Packages and payments

Advertised starting packages are Website: $750 setup and $79/month; Growth: $1,500 setup and $149/month; and AI: $2,500 setup and $299/month, in US dollars. The selected scope and any additional fees or taxes are confirmed before purchase. No payments are collected through this website. Prices may change for future projects; existing agreements govern existing commitments.

Complimentary redesign concepts

A free redesign is a complimentary homepage concept intended to illustrate a possible direction. It is not a completed production website, full-site build, or guarantee of future performance. There is no obligation to buy. Timing and suitability are confirmed after review of the request. Do not submit content you are not authorized to use.

Content, ownership, and licenses

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of materials you provide, including text, logos, photographs, and business claims. Project ownership and transfer rights are defined in the written agreement. Third-party tools, fonts, software, and assets may remain subject to their own licenses. Vesbro’s website content and demonstration designs may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

AI and automation

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Customer-facing AI systems require approved information, suitable safeguards, and review appropriate to the use case. They are not emergency services or substitutes for legal, medical, or financial professionals. Availability and functionality may depend on third-party providers. Any customer messaging integrations require appropriate consent and compliance with applicable rules.

No guaranteed business results

We do not guarantee leads, revenue, search rankings, conversion rates, or uninterrupted third-party services. Company demonstrations and other concept examples are fictional illustrations, not client testimonials or measured outcomes.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit unlawful content, impersonate others, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, or infringe others’ rights. We may restrict abusive use.

Monthly service and cancellation

Hosting, maintenance, content-update limits, cancellation notice, any minimum term, refunds, and migration arrangements are specified in your written service agreement. Cancelling a service may affect hosting and connected systems, as explained in that agreement.

Website disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its informational content are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free content. Vesbro is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of this informational website to the extent the law permits that limitation. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Project-specific liability terms are addressed in the written service agreement.

Changes and disputes

We may update these website terms, with changes shown by the effective date. Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. Applicable law and dispute procedures for paid services are defined in the service agreement; mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
